First there was one black line last Wednesday, then two on Thursday. Friday, four... more and more horizontal black lines are taking over my Charge 3, like dead pixels. Pretty sure I won't be able to read it soon. 😞
Many others appear to have this same issue with the Charge 3. I've only had it for a year and a half. I gave my older Blaze to my mother, going on 5 years now with no issues.
I contacted support, and he had me restart the watch and sync it which didn't help. Then he stopped responding in the chat, so that wasn't helpful.
Help please?

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 screen isn't working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. It could be that the communication with Support was interrupted. Still I have created a ticket so our Support team can assist you via email.
