The screen of my charge 3 is getting more and more black lines.
I restarted my fitbit. Then I did a reset
I did both several times with no effect!
Then I changed clockface like recommended in the community. Also several times with no effect!
I cant see time or heartrate anymore.
I sport every day just to please my fitbit 😉 Until a week ago when I got an injury and use my time to figure out what to do with the screen.
Are there any more tips? (not restart, reset or change clockface)
Is this the end allready of my charge 3? Is it normal that the screen gets black lines over time?
Help please, Mirjamm

If you're experiencing black lines on the screen of your Charge 3 fitness tracker, it may indicate a potential issue with the device. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Restart the device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Try restarting your Charge 3 by pressing and holding the button on the side of the device until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, then releasing the button.
Clean the screen: Dust, dirt, or debris on the screen can sometimes cause display issues. Use a microfiber cloth or a screen cleaning solution to gently clean the screen of your Charge 3.
Check for software updates: Fitbit periodically releases software updates to address known issues and improve device performance. Make sure your Charge 3 is running the latest available software. You can check for updates using the Fitbit app on your connected smartphone or tablet.
Factory reset: If the issue persists, you can try performing a factory reset on your Charge 3. Note that this will erase all data on your device, so make sure to sync your data with the Fitbit app before proceeding. To perform a factory reset, go to the Settings menu on your Charge 3 > About > Clear User Data.
Contact Fitbit support: If the black lines on the screen persist after trying the above steps, it may indicate a hardware issue with your Charge 3. In that case, it's recommended to contact Fitbit support for further assistance or to inquire about possible warranty options.
Regards,
Will
