I have already contacted customer support and done everything they said. I have tried rebooting etc and searching online for help but the black lines on my screen just keep getting worse. I've only had it a year and it's going to be unusable soon. How do I get rid of the lines?!

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 screen is showing lines and thank you for reaching out to our Support team. The restart is the recommended troubleshoot for screen issues. Since this hasn't corrected the issue please tell our Support team about this. They should be able to check your tracker's warranty and see what options they may have for you.
