Black screen and resets don’t work

My charge 3 is 6 months old. The screen started to go a little funny and is now completely black. I have tried restarts but no happy face comes up (stays completely black). Tried the clock face change and the longer restart but still the screen remains resolutely black- any suggestions on how to change it?

My girlfriend’s charge 3 has exactly the same issue and multiple resets don’t work. Please post any update if you find a resolution. Thanks.

Mine too! Tried restarting & changing clock face- no dice. This just started this morning.
