I have issues with my fitbit charge 3.
i bought it online about one year ago.
now the screen is all black and fitbit does not do anything. Also not when I press the hold button to restart.
Just now it showed a smiley face only. I have put it in the charger for two hours, but it stayed on Smokey face only. Now the screen is all black and does not do anything.
who can help me? Is it broken?
