Hi - I am getting in touch because the brightness is not working on my Fitbit Charge 3. It has been like this for a while now and I have been trying to change the brightness from auto to normal but now it has finally become impossible for me to even read anything on there!!! I have now seen that there are numerous people with the same problem so this is obviously something that is happening within your organisation. I have rebooted, done every single suggestion on the forum. This is extremely frustrating so please tell me what the current situation is regarding this - are your team working on resolving it currently?

I just got on here for the same issue that I was having this morning. I pressed my sidebar three times and it shut my Fitbit off and then I held the sidebar in and it rebooted and my screen came back. You might want to try this and hopefully it works for you too.

Thanks so much, I've tried it but no joy , i might have another go later and just turn it off for a while ☹️
