I have had my Fitbit charge over 12 months . I woke up this morning the screen was only showing half a screen the other half was pixelated out. I looked up trouble shooting and did a soft reset, this didn’t work so I then tried a hard reset as at that stage I could just still see half of the screen. Soon after hard reset that screen went black , green lights are still working and the watch vibrates when reset but nothing on screen. As I have done a hard reset Unfortunately I cannot now sync as I cannot see the Bluetooth pairing number to re-add the device.
i have been reading reviews and this appears to be a common problem . I would like to contact Fitbit Australia but I don’t have a twitter account I waited for live chat but after a long time gave up. Any suggestions?.
