The screen on my Charge 3 is black. It vibrates and syncs to my phone but nothing else. I have tried changing the clock face as suggested in another post and also a soft and hard restart whilst connected to the charger, but it won't reboot either. Please help.

Thanks SteveH, I’ve tried both of the restarts but had no joy. I’ve now contacted customer support and hoping they’ll be able to fix the fault.
