Hi, I'm a big fan of fitbit and have worn my charge 2 everyday for the last 3 years. It has seen me through 2 babies, 2 marathons and two 3 peaks challenges! However I'm worried it might have died - the screen display has been cracked since the first summer I had it, but in the heat of last week, the display suddenly went weird with a line down the side, then showed upside down, then now it's totally black. It's still tracking steps and sport, but not sleep and I display shows nothing. I've rued resetting... Any other advice?

Let me help you with your damaged Inspire HR screen and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. It is amazing that you had two babies and still trained for two marathons and two peak challenges! I guess you are rather unstoppable to say the least. Since the issue persists with your Charge 2 after the restart I suggest you let our Support team know about this. I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
