My screen on my charge 3 has gone black. I have tried the advice from other threads several times. Still no luck. This was a replacement watch in January 2020. I have tried emailing Fitbit support to be told I can’t use this way of contacting support. Any ideas? I’m a bit gutted that this is now the fourth watch that has gone wrong after a relatively short time.
