I have a charge 3 and the screen has been black for a few months now. The only reason I haven't done anything about it sooner is it still tracks my sleep, steps, and activity. I tried restarting as instructed several times, tried changing to every different clock face and nothing has worked. On another note I've always had gps issues with this Fitbit from the very beginning,I go hiking in an area with cell service but it never tracks accurately. My Fitbit Alta HR never gave me any gps or screen issues. Not sure if the GPS is a Fitbit or phone issue.
