hello fitbit, i have a lot of dead pixels on my charge 3. someone said that if i said this they will send you a new one.

Fitbit do replace defective trackers but only if they are still within warranty which runs either for 12 or 24 months from purchase depending where in the world you are. Best thing to do is to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com They can check your warranty status and advise on your replacement options.
