Blank screen and constant vibrations

Hi, I've had a blank screen before and tried the 8second reset whilst connected to the charger however that isn't working this time. For a day or so it's been a black screen but now it is also buzzing loads as if I'm pressing the side button constantly. It syncs fine with the app but the physical use of the watch is redundant via the screen and vibrations.

I had a low battery warning on 6/1. I put it on the charger, and when I did so, the screen started jumping through various sections (i.e. screen wake, main screen, etc.) and vibrating with each screen jump like the side button was being pressed. I took it off the charger a few times thinking I just hadn't got it connected correctly. After those few repositions, it stopped vibrating and appeared to be charging normally. The next morning (6/2) I went to grab my fitbit to put it on and it was vibrating as it was when I put it on the charger, but this time the screen was black and the green lights on the back were not on. I attempted a reboot by putting it on the charger and holding the button, but it wouldn't stop wildly vibrating and it was not rebooting. I then went on the community board to see if anyone had similar issues, where I found some that were fairly similar but the only real options for solution were what I had already attempted, and another of changing the clock face in the event that was corrupt - which I did that also to no avail. I left it for the remainder of the day on 6/2 as I ran out of time. Today, I found another suggestion on the community board to try and clean the jewel with rubbing alcohol to ensure that connections were clean, etc. I have subsequently tried this, as well as putting the fitbit back onto the charger to reboot. I was able to get the smiley face to come up, but after that it vibrated wildly, as before, like the button was being pressed and it flipped through various screens. Again, through all of this, the green lights are not activating on the fitbit. I can get the clock face to show up, but the screen has no reaction to my touch, so I can't scroll through at all.

Sorry I don’t have a solution but similar problem. I have a 16 month old Charge 3. Yesterday I had the black screen. Press the reset button, constant vibration then nothing. Tried all reset option from forum. Is not recognised by iPad via Bluetooth. When connecting to charger there is a slight vibration but after long charge still black screen.
