My fitbit charge 2 just went blank on me and it is currently sitting on a charger and I have restarted it multiple times to try and get it up and going again any other suggestions would be helpful

My charge 2 screen is blank.  I have tried to restart it and it will show me the icon and the firmware and than it shows the battery is dead but when i look on my app is shows about 70% of battery life.  What else can i do?
