Hi there
My fitbit currently has a blank screen however when I press the button are the side it still vibrates. However it is a longer vibration than usual. The sensors are not working either.
I have tried both a short and long restart- neither of which have worked.
I have also tried to change the clock face on the app but the app cannot sync to the Fitbit.
Can someone help with this please?
