I was wearing my watch faithfully and the other evening it vibrated and the screen went blank. When I got home, I charged it overnight. My app says it is charged but there is no screen. My husband bought me that watch for Christmas 2020 and I am a long Covid survivor and miss my watch because I like knowing if I get my steps in or not.

You can also try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
