My Fitbit was working fine yesterday, put on charge, came up with lines on screen did the reboot, change screen , now it’s blank , but the light is blinking at the back , I sync it to my phone it’s a 100% charge according to sync help!!!!

Hi, I have the exact same problem with my Charge 2. I tried to see the solution it looks like you received, but am not able to access it. Nothing happens when i click on "Go to Solution." Could you copy, paste, and send the solution to me?
