Blank screen on Charge 3 wont reboot

My charge 3 screen recently went black. I've tried the whole reboot thing whilst on charge taking it off and putting it back on again!! Its still collecting all my data, steps etc..I was even able to do an update but still got a blank screen..and yes I've tried changing the clock face, I've tried them all!
