Hi there, I’ve tried restarting my Fitbit and doing all of the obvious actions such as changing the clock face but to no luck. I’ve had my Fitbit for a year and a half and the other day I got up in the morning and the screen was blank. It still works fine on the app and it’s tracking my steps but still no screen. Very frustrating as I’m training for a marathon. 😭 Can someone please help.

I have exactly the same issue. Have tried a few tips I found in the forum, but nothing works. Still linked to my phone and working and buzzing okay but the watch screen is blank. I will try to find a helpline number.
