Hi , my screen has gone blank. I have tried restarting my Fitbit and also tried changing the clock face as advised by others. The Fitbit is syncing and vibrating but I have no screen. Really disappointed as it was replaced in May as the screen corrupted . Can anyone give me any advice as what to do next?

Hi All,
I contacted support this morning via Live Chat they are going to replace my Charge 3 as it is still within warranty, I have tried everything, fully charging, re-booting, changing the clock face, swiping the screen (from all directions) pressing the buttons and nothing works to bring the clock face back!

I have the same issue. I even deleted the charge 3 and tried to repair with my phone, but I can't since it won't display the code you need to enter on the fitbit app

Same here I’m going to try and contact support tomorrow had no reply
on another thread I’ve commented on seems like quite a few have gone black/blank!

Same here it’s a nightmare will be contacting support tomorrow there are too many which have gone off for this not to be down to coincidence surely!

I just got onto the Help section of the Fitbit website. Started a Live Chat and went through my issues. Turns out I now have to return my device for a replacement

I am having the same problem this am, black screen. If I do the 8sec reset I can see a faint smile. It will sometimes vibrate for the 15sec. Yesterday my charge 3 worked fine. This all happened at the same time the battery was drained. Charging may or may not be causing some of the issue. 1 time I check I have an empty battery. The next time I check its 100%. Then it's empty again... Silly me unpaired my Fitbit. The screen won't display the code which means it's now pretty useless.
This is my 2nd charge 3 because my 1st one also had screen issues. I contacted Fitbit this am after several trying several troubleshooting methods.
I was very disappointed in Fitbit. Basically my response was thank you for trying to troubleshoot prior to contacting Fitbit. Requesting warrantee info and will email me if it's under warrantee for a replacement. Truthfully because this is my 2nd one, I can't remember if it's still under warrantee. This device seems to be known for it's screen issues. I can say this is the worst customer service I've received and I've had to have replacement devices in the past.
We will no longer be wasting our money on buying Fitbits. Sad because I love my Fitbits!
