Blank screen on tilting wrist

My Fitbit screen remains blank when I tilt my wrist, so I cannot tell the time without pressing the side button.  This is annoying, but everything else seems to work OK.

Either 'Screen Wake' turned off or in 'Sleep Mode'.  Both are in Quick Settings.  Hold in side button a few seconds to get to Quick Settings.  Scroll down to 'Screen Wake' - want a bright light bulb; if dim with line through it, tap to toggle Screen Wake on.

If that doesn't help, you are probably in Sleep Mode, also in Quick Settings, just above Screen Wake; tap to toggle off or on.

I'm having the same problem all of a sudden and can't seem to get it to work.  VERY annoying!

I am experiencing the same issues as described by several of the last entries. Mine has been going on like this for months. Blank Screen on tilting wrist. I have rebooted & gone over all my settings both in app and online with my account. My watch is less than a year old.

Hello AbulaK

My Fitbit is about a year old too. A friend had a similar problem and tried
the same things as you, but to no avail. It is just annoying when
everything else seems to work OK.

Thanks JohnnyRow, I am impressed!! Good advice.

You explained the issue very clearly and indeed it brought  my clock face back.

I am a believer in Fitbit forums.
