Hello @MarionUK by un-pair did you do this through your phone's bluetooth menu, or did you remove the Charge 3 from your Fitbit account.
During the setup process, after the app finds your tracker, the 4 digit code gets displayed on the tracker.
Let us know what happens.

I am having the same problem, because of the blank screen I can’t re-install my fit bit. Also, my Fitbit is not charging. Help! Please

You could try to shut the Charge 3 off then restart it.
Put it in its powered up charger and hold the button until you feel the vibrations and the line fills up the screen. Oops no screen, so hold in the button until the vibrations stop.
Release the button and press to turn on, maybe that will turn the display on.

Hi Rich
Thank you for trying to help. I have tried several times but it did not work. It looks like I need a replacement after 2 months only.
Thanks

Just getting a new one shouldn’t have to even be an option, something shouldn’t just break after only having it a few months. If that were the case I wouldn’t even think of getting another!

I’ve been intouch with customer services today and they had me run through all the troubleshooting methods with them over the phone even though I explained I’d already tried what they were suggesting. They have now passed it onto their ‘charge 3 experts’ who will get back to me in 3-5 working days so we will see!

Hiya
Unfortunately they have not been helpful they have given the standard solution of changing the clock face and resetting until I get a bar. My fitbit remains black i obviously need a new one or a refund as I suspect the same issues will happen. Really not happy.
