Yesterday I updated the software as prompted by the app. Shortly after the screen went blank. I have tried all suggestions of forum to no avail. Finally unpaired my charge 3 uninstalled app and reinstalled it. Now i am stuck ad I need 4 digits displayed on fitbit screen to pair it. Any suggestions please? Thanks

I'm lost, if the screen doesn't work, why would someone think that they will see the 4 digit code?
Your only real option now is to contact Fitbit.

This issue was resolved about 9months ago by getting touch with Fitbit who sent out a new one.
