Hi there
My Fitbit charge 3 has a blank screen, bit still vibrates as normal and works on the app. I have tried the suggested restart, long restart and change of clock faces and it doesn't work. Doing the long restart did work once, but only for 5 minutes, then the screen became pixelated and then eventually black once more. Can I try anything else, or should I request an exchange?
Again, I have tried both restarts, long and short, and changing the clock face.

Managed to get through to customer support on live chat and within 2 mins agreed to sending out a replacement, as still under warranty ( only got it for Xmas last year!) Hopefully this next one will work better and you get yours sorted soon!

I'm having the same issue. It happened last week but was resolved by changing the clock face but it's not working today 😢

I'm the same here too. Have tried the same stuff as yours.
Have you had any further advice since posting your post on this forum, from Fitbit itself?
Is it worthwhile sending the fitbit back for a replacement?

Looks like the post was only done a couple of hours ago so might need to wait for a reply. I've never posted on here before so not sure how it works.

I'd hoped it was a glitch that was easily fixed 😭 i got mine last year so I will also try contacting them. Thank you

I’m having the same issue and tried all the same things. I am so disappointed, this isn’t even a year old.

UPDATE: It is a genuine flaw if the troubleshooting methods don't work. Go to fitbit chat, and they should help you out.
