Blank screen then too dim

Hi charge 3 went black. Followed instructions previously given. Now the screen is too dim. Again followed instructions given to other people with same issue. Still very dim screen

I assume you have gone to Settings to make sure it is not set to 'Dim'.  Another possibility is to check you are not in 'Sleep Mode', intentionally keeping display dim.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi yes one of the first things I checked. I did a hard reset several times and changed the face clock and I have just managed to get it back

Not sure how long it will last but fingers crossed.
