Blood/Oxygen no longer available on Charge 3

I had the free trial of Fitbit Premium back in spring of 2020.  The sleep stats included blood oxygen levels which I liked.  I have recently upgrade again to Premium with my Charge 3 and it no longer shows those stats. I spoke with live chat and was told that that feature was never available for Charge 3. Well mine must have been a fluke because I had that feature. So now I find out it is no longer available. Bye bye Fitbit, I guess this is a way to force me to purchase a new device when the one I have is like brand new, and I wear it everyday!

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @Ksossin.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 3.

Your Tracker can register your Estimated oxygen variation (EOV) which is a little bit different than SpO2. I would recommend visiting this article and open the menu "What’s the difference between estimated oxygen variability and SpO2?".

To receive EOV data, note the following:

  • Make sure your Fitbit device is snug and secure before you go to sleep. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
  • Make sure your Fitbit device is charged.
  • You must sleep 3 or more hours.

For more information about this feature, please visit this article.
