Hi,

 

I have blood glucose reminders set on my fitbit app, I get the reminder on the phone but my charge 4 don’t get them.

 

I read the the fitbit doc about it but still doesn’t work.

 

Any idea what could be the problem?

Do you have Fitbit checked under, notifications, app notifications? 

If not, then the general fitbit notifications will not be sent to the watch.
