No bluetooth device can find my charge 3 and I have done everything possible. Restarting everything, updating everything - you name it I have tried it.

Same thing here. It will suddenly not connect, and what's worse it disappeared from devices to pair via bluetooth.
What is going on here???

Same here, I've tried on a desktop, phone and tablet. Very frustrating. I even tried deleting the tracker and re-adding, it gets as far as displaying the 4 digit code, but then suddenly can't find it.

YES. Where is CS? This started for me in Sept. 2020. My Charge 3, Fitbit app, and Android 6.x are current. Bluetooth *only intermittently* finds the device, but says it is not paired. It has been paired since Day 1. What has broken, and what is the fix?

Same thing here. Restarted Bluetooth and location numerous times, while both devices are being charged. Rebooted the Fitbit numerous times, Removed and reinstalled the app, and removed my Fitbit from the app, only now I can't even restore that. Won't sync. The app says it's found my fitbit and gives the 4 number code, but whatever I do, it just won't work. This has been going on for more than a month now. My fitbit is now just a watch, only it's 6 minutes behind, and simply turning the back of my wrist up to my face doesn't turn the display on any more. I have to push the button to turn the display on. Sometimes the screen doesn't even work at all, some times for days at a time. Really getting fed up with this!

This started for me the end of September Charge 3, iPhone X. I see the app was updated about a week ago. Have done all the troubleshooting steps multiple times. It errors out on the Bluetooth connecting 3 or 4 times before "refinding" each other. And, the devices stop seeing each other on Bluetooth. The Charge 3 is running down it's battery ... probably because it's trying to find the app all the time when they're not talking to each other. Frustrating doesn't cover this, rely on the information (especially the sleep). And, it's not tracking that information due to communications issues. Help.

Did we get a response on this problem yet? I am having the same issue after I un-installed the app from my phone now it cannot find the device after spinning for what seems like forever.

Just charged up my Charge 2 and tried to pair. It did the same thing that the Charge 3 does. It will pair initially after taking a very long time to connect. And, then won't sync again. So, that would lead me to again think something happened with the recent app update. It would be nice to hear something about what's happening. I do rely on this to help me be more effective with my fitness and health. May have to move to Apple watch if I can't rely on Fitbit. (My Charge 3 was over 15 minute slow this afternoon until it finally updated for some reason (I'd stopped trying to update it through the app).
