Bluetooth won't connect to Charge 2

I have a charge 2 and it just recently stopped showing up on my bluetooth on my samsung galaxy J3! No matter what I try it doesnt show up! is anyone else having this issue and what can I do to fix it?

@cms9798ece, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Thanks for the reply Alvaro I tried all that and it will show up in my bluetooth but still wont pair  it says to check my settings yet when I do everything is checked  I am using a Samsung j3 i won a new fitbit versa lite but havent recieved it yet but I'm hoping when I do it doesn't give me problems connecting like this one. I'm wondering if I delete it from my account and re add it if it will work
