Brand New Charge 3 Blank screen

Hi, I received a replacement charge 3 after the pixels went in my last one. I have fully charged the fitbit but the screen has stated black. I have tried the 15 second reset that I have seen posted but it has not worked. Help would be useful please.

Mine did this when I got a new one. Mine was fixed via a restart, but you might want to get in touch with Customer Support.

Hi does your screen keep coming up with the fitbit logo and flashing across the screen is fitbit.com/setup?  I have just received my replacement for the same issue as yours and I cannot connect it to my phone?  I have looked everywhere for the answer but I am at a loss!

See the sidebar option Restarting Charge 3 to see if that helps at all for both of you.

I spoke to customer support in the end and have to send off for another replacement. Third time lucky I guess.
