I have been wearing my new Charge 2 for 4 days and it says I have climbed ZERO floors. My iOS health app says I climbed 60 and I’m pretty sure it was more like 90! (I gave away my old Charge HR that counted floors perfectly, lured by the stylish Alta, which I curse for not counting floors at all. I bought the Charge 2 because of complaints I read about the Charge 3 clock faces.) ... Anyway, I have updated the app, performed a reset, and there doesn’t seem to be a firmware update. Even if I could find the altimeter hole in the back, I doubt it would be dirty coming out of the box. Please, no suggestions about carrying things or swinging my arm while climbing stairs. I climb stairs just the same way as when I wore the Charge HR. I am hoping someone here can help me — I am eager to get back to tracking my flights.
