Brand new charge 3, start up/set up will not work. Tried on 2 different devices and it will not work on either. Anyone experience the same? How can it be resolved?

Hi there @Patricia0761, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the difficulties you've been experiencing when trying to set up your new Charge 3. I appreciate you've already taken the time to try the setup with a different devices, nice way to go!
To further investigate, may I know if you see an error message on the Fitbit app? Have you made sure to fully charge your device before starting the setup process? Also, is the Fitbit app updated in your phone?
