Took my Charge HR out of the box. Downloaded the app, set it up, put it on charge. After 2 hours, I pressed the button and it showed full battery. But it won’t turn on. I plugged it in again, long pressed the button to reset it, saw the display v128, unplugged it and tried turning it on, still won’t work.... What should I do?

Return it for a refund. The Charge HR has been out of production for well over 2 years now. If that is what you have, it likely sat on a shelf for that long with a completely discharged battery and is now permanently damaged.
