I just received my first fitbit Charge HR. I let it charge overnight (approx. 8 hrs) via my computer USB port. When I plugged it in, the green lights flashed and the screen showed the fitbit logo, followed by the battery indicator showing a full charge. However, after disconnecting from the charger, it will not turn on. I've tried resetting it numerous times, to no avail. Is there anything else I can try, or do I just need to return it and get a different one?

I would return it. The Charge HR has been out of production for well over 2 years. It may have been sitting on a shelf somewhere with a completely dead and damaged battery.
