I unpacked it, charged it ( I can feel the vibrations) no smiley face on connection. I tried syncing with app via Bluetooth I can do it but I can’t see anything on my screen so I can’t put the pin in? HELP

Please connect your Charge 4 for at least 30 min to charge.
Then try restarting it by holding the button for 8 seconds while the tracker is still connected.
And then release the button.

If after multiple attempts of restarting your Charge 4 has failed and changing different charging ports still has yet to get your Fitbit Charge 4 up and running again I would strongly suggest contacting Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I personally find calling them directly the easiest but live chat is good as well. I hope you find a solution.
