Bought a brand new Fitbit Charge 2 from Amazon in January to replace my current one (which I love but is dying). Finally took out of box today; won’t turn on and won’t charge. Too late to return to Amazon. I am very familiar with the charge 2 as I’ve had my original for years. No trouble shooting has worked. Advice?????
