Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @dsr1ssm.
Thank you for all the feedback that you've provided about the brightness of the Charge 4 display.
There are currently a few settings on your device to be able to increase brightness of the display. Open the Settings app > swipe up to see the full list of settings > Tap on Brightness to adjust it. In addition, please make sure the Do not disturb and Sleep Modes are turned off on your device.
I have also seen other people have provided this feedback about brightness when they're under the sunlight, so I highly recommend that you vote for this idea posted in the Feature Suggestion section of the Community; this is always helpful for the team of developers to continue to track popularity and demand over time: Charge 4 screen brightness boost.
Have a great day.
