Hello, is it possible to change the brightness on my Fitbit Charge 4 (like I can on my I-Phone) on a Sunny day it is almost imbossible to read the screen.

I wonder the same thing!
My charge 3 was fine until an update and then the screen was unreadable in sunlight. I use it for walks and not being able to see the screen is unacceptable.
My husband's Charge 4 came with the screen barely readable in sunlight.
And there seems to be no response from Fitbit on this issue. If you check both Charge 3 and Charge 4 post this is a huge issue.

Fitbit step counting is horrible too. I take a 5-mile walk every day. When I get home, my Fitbit always says 4.1 mile, so I always adjust it to make it read 5. For the rest of the day I usually just let it be off. I usually walk between 8 and 9 miles a day, according to Fitbit, so I'm sure it's at least 10. I need to find something to replace it with that is accurate!

Correct; the charge4 cannot be viewed in any bright light. "Normal" is the brightest setting.... go figure!!
