My fit bit broke at the band, fit bit replaced now 4 months later it broke in the same place. They only offered me 35% off, not even a replacement. The last one that broke I atleast got the choice of 50% off or a replacement. I'm assuming its only happening on this model. Does anyone know of a good model that is heavy duty? On all my other models I can usually get 18 months out of them, I guess I'm too hard on it. But isn't it for fitness, shouldn't it be able to withstand sweat and repetitive use?

You nailed it. The Charge 4 model has some design issues and FB keep releasing new models and they don't care about people using it (old models). I am not sure why are you @Parksfaraway  falling for the discount? Better get a shell like strap and use it.
