I bought my fitbit charge 2 in July last year, the arm band keeps on coming loose from the actual watch. Is this a common problem on the charge 2? I go to gym a few times a week and ride on the stationary bike so I am not even a "heavy" user like endurance training.

The wristband on one side of my Charge 2 has broken off. Can you replace the wristbands and if so how much and how do i order one. I have had it a couple of years  so not looking for any warranty coverage
