Owned the Charge 3 for <one year, and the clasp has fallen off. Clasp, meaning the simple metal clip that holds the straps together. Nothing appears broken, how do I reattach it?

Same thing happened to my strap. Tried to fix it but it is such a bad connection, it just came apart again. Not a good design at all.
