Broken Fitbit Charge South Africa

The mechanism on the actual device that the strap clips into has come off.

I reside in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The same thing happened to mine yesterday so now in unable to wear my perfectly functioning charge 4. Other than getting a new one i dont know what to do. I really love my charge 4. I’m on the east coast USA.

You would think that they would have service centres in most countries given the popularity of the product.
