I have bough Charge 4 for 7 months, (Oct 2021), after used for 4 months, my 1st strap band was broken, and I replaced it with extra band, as it's free came along in the box package.
After almost 7 months (last 2 days) my strap band connector (with the srew connecting with the unit) was broken. I believe it was caused by the poor quality of the material.
I have tried to fill in the claim at the fitbit support website but it seems the website didnot work properly.
May I have any advice how to solve it?

You'll need to get with support as there is no repair for the Charge 4. Phone or chat is best. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
