I am also on my second Charge 4 due to connector post snapping off- in Europe so too much hassle to try to get a replacement. I love Fitbit, but do not want to have to change it every 15 months! Has Charge 5 fixed this design problem with the connector??? Otherwise I join the 'former customers'.

Not such a great answer- you guys must know by now if Fitbit engineers fixed the problem of the watchband connection on version 5 of the Charge - or did they just ignore all the complaints? So my question remains- is there a better connection on the Charge 5- or do you really mean I should wait until people''s warranties run out and the connection to the band breaks off? Then they will probably report it to the Charge 5 board.
