The top wristband to my Charge 4 randomly broke last night. I've only had my Fitbit for 5 months. I've read in the community forums that this is common. The support page is blank, so I'm writing on this community page to get support and a replacement fitbit.

Hi @katherine_willi the community forums is a good place to go for suggestions, a link or first hand advice on a particular style of Fitbit. You'll need support.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
