Broken band, can’t file claim

So the band on my charge 2 hr has broken, again. And I’m trying to file a claim using the thing linked at the top but I can’t upload any pictures so I can’t even file a claim to get it fixed. Why can’t I upload pictures, it says something like “my company doesn’t support file type jpeg” picture files are jpeg. Why ask for pictures if you can’t even upload them

Hi @StaceyM23 - I’m not sure which “thing” you are referring to but please try contacting Support. They are the ones who can help in a case like yours. 

 

EDIT: I went back to the main Help page for the Charge 2 and noticed the top posting includes a link to be used to file a claim. If this is what you are referring to ... and it will not allow you to include a picture, I would suggest two things: 

  1. The size of your jpg may be too large. Try to decrease the size of the file. That has worked for me in the past in other postings. 
  2. If you still cannot upload a photo, then do your best to describe the problem and explain that you cannot upload the actual photo.

Hi, yes this is what I was refferring to. I already contacted customer services via email and I've managed to get a new strap. They should really fix that form though
