Broken band fitting on Charge 4

The fitting on the Charge 4 that the band attaches to is broken off.

This is already a replacement for a Charge 3 that the display was unreadable. And the Charge 4 was fading as well.

Looks like quality control or design of the Charge devices is sadly lacking.

Would appreciate someone from Fitbit getting back to me.

Same thing with the strap happened to me and my Charge 4 is out of warranty. I got this at Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09XF6YQD4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1  and I'm pretty happy with it. It stretches over your Fitbit and fastens just like the old straps.

I need a new watch band for my charger 4 how do I go about getting one please send me the information so I can order it one the ones you sent me do not fit my watch that's $26 that I cannot get back or use please send me the proper band for the charger for they don't have pins
