Broken band, 'nothing is paired to this account'

Hi all!

My band is broken, even if I don't wear my Fitbit that much. Now I wanted to file a claim for the broken bands but the page tells me nothing is paired to my account. I can see all the steps I did today etc. so how can my device not be paired?

I tried searching 'pairing device' in the FAQ but it doesn't give me the right hits.

Anyone that can help?

Hi everyone,

 

I have to say my band broke also. As you say I only take mine off when it needs charged but it broke at the pin to the watch side not the buckle side.. So going to see If i can buy a replace it isn't quit a year old yet and had to have the face replaced because of screen having white lines going across the screen. Couldn't read the time or anything that I moved up to read.
