Is it possible to change the band / strap of my Fitbit,I used it almost a year..

The band is easily swapped. The manual has a section on how to change it:

Fitbit might not have any in stock but Amazon usually has a wide variety of third-party bands available at reasonable prices.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
