Broken strap attachment on was Ch face

Hello the lug on my charge 4 face has broken off. This means I cannot attach the stray on that side - so I can't wear it. Does anyone know if there is a repair service? Thank you.

Hi I heard back from Fitbit offering me a Charge 4 , they don't say if it's
a new one though or a refurbished one or I could pick another fitbit and
pay 50%. Still thinking what to do. Interesting that your Charge 4 has
broken as well . This site is great as it shows that this is a fault of the
Charge 4.

Honestly don't know why they changed the lugs from metal to plastic of course they're gonna break or is that the whole point of them doing it. All about making more money by offering discounts on another one which is going to break as well. I wouldn't please them to give them any more of my hard earned cash and bought a replacement strap on amazon that the body of my charge 4 pushes into. Have had no problems with it and purchased another for a spare.

I brought a spare strap but my fit bit has broken from the plastic attachment that it connects too...so there is no longer anything to attach the strap to. However I will insist in a replacement with a new warranty just in case it happens again. Always had fitbit this is the first time I have had issues..

The strap I bought doesn't need the attachments. The bits you attach the strap to broke on mine also because they are plastic, ( they were metal on my charge 3 ) but you can buy a strap on Amazon which encases the actual fitbit so it doesn't matter if the attachments have broke off. You don't need to remove it from the strap to charge it either so once you pop it in its snug but can be removed if you want to. It's another option  if you decide to get another charge 4 because the same thing will happen. They should have stuck with the metal lugs used on the charge 3.

Yes it does. There is also a website called Ali Express and you can buy them there also for a about £2.50.(they're exactly the same) It's based in China and takes a few weeks to arrive so I ordered another spare strap there in a different colour as a backup.
